"What happened to my order?"
I made an order on February 7th for some Levi’s Marlon jeans, and my shop pay account shows that it’s been sent back. It hasn’t even shown up! I haven’t heard a peep from Jeans Corner either. Can someone help me out? Sarah Shepherd

Awesome service, much appreciated! The delivery was super quick, and I was informed throughout the process. I had a rough time trying to get men's jeans from the Levis UK site, but then I stumbled upon this through Google and I can't recommend it enough. Great service and better prices. Quick shipping and great jeans... sadly, I was a bit too hopeful about the size I could wear. I reached out to Jeans Corner's customer service to set up a return, and they processed my refund right away. They even offered me some similar options since my actual size was out of stock. Overall, a fantastic experience. Definitely recommend!

"Delivery Left at My Doorstep, I..."
My package was dropped off at my front door while I was out. I live in a building with 9 apartments, and there was no note from Everi (Hermes) indicating that my parcel had been delivered. So... I ended up not getting my order.

"Great jeans, but a little snag."
The jeans fit perfectly and are just as described, so I'm quite pleased. The snag was that I opted for next day delivery, but it ended up taking three days instead. I reached out to Jeans Corner about this issue, and I'm satisfied with how they handled it. I'd definitely shop here again.
